Indian Navy recruitment for SSC officers in executive branch and techanical branches

Applications are invited from unmarried male candidates for the grant of short service comission in executive branch and techanical branches of the Navy for DEC 2014 course at Indian Navy Acadamy(INA) Ezhimala, Kerala

Eligibility Criteria:

1. Age: 19 1/2 to 25 for all branches.

2. Educational qualification:

   Candidate should have completed B.E/B.Tech degree with minimum 65% from the recognised university

Candidates with NCC 'c' certificate will be given preference.

3. Physical standards: 

   Height: min 157 cms with the  

    correlated weight

    

    Eyesight: 

     For executive branch:  6/12 without            

     glassed and 6/6 with glasses.

     For other branches:  6/24 without 

     glasses and 6/6 with glasses.

Selection Process: The candidates will be issued call up for SSB based on their performance in degree course. If candidate possess higher percentage, his higher qualification will be considered for cut off. Integrated headquarters, Ministry of Defence(Navy) reserves the right to shortlist applications and to fix cut off percentage. SSB interviews for the shortlisted candidates will be scheduled at Banglore/Bhopal/Coimbatore/Visakhapatnam.
