- Should be willing to work in shifts or 24/7 environment

- Excellent Communication Skills – both written and spoken.
- Basic computer knowledge
- Good listening/observation skills and the ability to function in a fast-paced environment where standards of quality and timeliness are established.
The candidate should have a passion for customer service. He/she will be responsible for service delivery and quality across the process. A must have to succeed in this environment is excellent communication and comprehension skills along with a goal oriented approach.
