Job Description:
- Candidate will be responsible for managing brand relationships and making sure that complaint resolution process and brand’s expectations are met.
- Ability to articulate your thoughts and report to the senior management is a must.
Responsibilities:
- Manage brand relationships and make sure that they use our dashboard regularly.
- Developing new relationship with brands.
- Finding different ways to resolve complaints.
- Work closely with your team members to make your customers and brands happy.
- Identify key trends and factors responsible for brand satisfaction.
- Help the Operations team in increasing the resolution rate.
